The Supermarkt Stars 2025 award
We award outstanding sales performances at the point of sale which serve as role models in the German food retail sector. In doing so, we honor the store managers of the year, the store managers of the year, the teams of the year, and the young entrepreneurs of the year.
This is based on nominations from the retail organizations. An expert advisory board, which includes selected sales managers from the leading retail centers and sponsors of the award, evaluate the nominations according to a fixed set of criteria.
